Fabric Expansion joints

This is a type of flexible connections used to absorb movement and vibrations in various ducts, with a maximum pressure of 0.5 bar and a temperature range of up to 1100°C. The company’s standard products are applicable in a temperature range of 50 to 1100°C and a pressure tolerance of -0.5 to +0.5 bar, directly related to the system’s heat. For higher pressures, we use custom products. The flow of the fluid, temperature, and pressure are determining factors in choosing the flexible fabric joint.

Types of Fabric Connections:

  • Type I: Installation using various clamps.
  • Type II: Installation using orthogonal flanges for positive pressure applications.
  • Type III: Installation using orthogonal flanges for negative pressure applications.

Type IV: Installation using parallel flanges for negative pressure applications, in high-temperature ranges, and with the presence of suspended particles.
